KID'S BIRTHDAY Parties
Players must be 7 to play.
Parties are booked from ages 7 - 17
Adults can play in the parties too !
Okay so we know this is a "KIDS" party but we also know Mums and Dads want get in on the action for these parties and that's great ! So at least 80% of the party booking must be kids - you can be "Big Kids"
We do have a Maximum of 24 children that can play.
(Checkout the Managers Special below !)
The Base Rate for all parties Includes :
* Two Laser Tag Games,
* Exclusive use of the game arena.
We do not mix your group with others,
*Exclusive use of the party room for your whole party,
(Not just that 1/2 hour when the kids are having cake.)
* Napkins / Serviettes,
* Cups,
* Small Cake Plates, Suitable for cake only.
If you are having a Pizza Party and require plates for Pizza you may wish to bring along some bigger plates as well.
* Free full colour Invitations.
* The Briefing will be given prior to the first game.
(Especially important for the new players.)
* You can record your game in Colour with Audio - if you bring in your own blank recordable DVD, it's free of charge or they are Available at Zone 3 for $5.00

Tuesday to Thursday Parties:
From open to close:
From 2 children to 10 children a base rate of $160.00 applies.
(Additional players - $15.00 each. )
A maximum of 24 children can play.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday Parties:
From open to close
From 2 children to 10 children a base rate of $185.00 applies.
(Additional players - $14.00 each. )
A maximum of 24 children can play.
Food / Pizza Option
Only available Saturday / Sunday from 1130am to 530pm.
Cost : $5.00 per child.
This option has all the base rate
inclusions with - : 1 large Pizza and 1 Jug of soft drink shared between 3 kids.
* You may cater for yourself - Please note : there are no food handling or reheating / cooking facilities at Zone 3.
Which does unfortunately mean that you cannot bring Urn's, Microwave Ovens, Deep Fryers and indeed BBQ's into Zone 3
One customers Great suggestion has been to wrap precooked food in alfoil then storing it in an Esky with a Hot Water Bottle or two inside - keeps food nice and Toasty !
Drinks can be stored in your Esky as well - although we would advise a separate one for that job !
If you do bring a cake and require a refrigerator - no worries we can store cakes in either the "Fridge" or indeed the Freezer.
However as we do get a few requests for cake storage and space is a premium along with the fact we are on Contract to Coca Cola - we cannot store drinks.
PS - Please do not feed the staff !
They are all well fed outside of visiting hours and do not require
fattening up.
Please note : Pizza parties are not available Monday to Friday or Public Holidays.

General information :
* Timing - *Sessions are broken into
15 minute intervals:
1. Your arrival - 10 mins before briefing.
2. The Briefing - Start time - How to play.
3. The First Game
4. Approx. 15 minute Break - Food etc ...
5. Your Second Game
6. End period, time for the cake you brought
Approx. total time 1 Hour and 45 Minutes.
*All players need to arrive approx. 10 minutes prior to their start time. (This is included in the timing we give you when you book.)
* Payment may be made by Cash, Eftpos, Visa / Master Card - Minimum of $20.00 - Sorry no cash out facilities available.
* Please note that on all Credit card transactions there is a 1% Surcharge.
* A non refundable deposit of $50.00 is required for all bookings.
The deposit may be transferred with 7 days notice and you may transfer your party to another date -
for within a 3 month period. If unused within that period customers
are advised that the deposit will be lost.
Parties cancelled within 48 hours of their start time will automatically lose their deposit.
* Dress standard:- Enclosed flat soled footwear and short sleeved
shirt - Thongs / flip flops are not permitted.
* As Laser Tag is a physically demanding sport played in a darkened environment.
- Players must advise staff of any medical conditions that may prevent them from playing.
ie: Pregnancy, Heart conditions,
Visual Impairment etc.
** Patrons that are pregnant are not allowed to play.
